Competitive Benefits
Exciting Opportunities
We are currently hiring in Fresno, Madera, Merced, Tulare and Kings Counties, and actively seeking therapists for our 19 Central Valley clinics. Position openings include physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, physical therapy aides, and front- and back-office staff.
Why PRO~PT?
Salaries Above the CA Average
Our salaries for physical therapists are higher than the state’s average. We have a salary incentive program that allows providers to set individual financial goals, plus substantial sign-on and relocation bonuses.
Opportunities for Growth and Leadership Tracks
Year-long leadership programs are available for team members who are interested in pursuing leadership opportunities. Our leadership program will help improve skills related to your communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and ability to analyze metrics. The program will help you develop a better understanding of what goes into creating and delivering an experience “Second to None” at PRO~PT.
Sign-On Bonuses
Our sign-on bonuses are highly competitive to allow us to recruit and retain highly talented, ambitious individuals on our treatment teams.
Loan Repayment Programs
Have you completed school but are now looking to pay down your student debt? Under the 2020 CARES Act, PRO~PT can now repay a portion of an employee’s student loans tax-free through 2025. Take advantage of this opportunity while it’s still available!
Student Tuition Assistance Programs
Students, do you like the idea of a sign-on bonus or loan repayment? Great! But what about money now?
We offer specific financial programs for physical therapy students and physical therapy assistant students where PRO~PT directly pays a portion of the student’s tuition to their school in exchange for the student agreeing to work for PRO~PT upon graduation. Our Tuition Assistance Program has the opportunity to have a greater impact by reducing the cost.
How? By reducing the cost you have to pay for school, by reducing the future interest paid on student loans, and by being tax-free—the benefit doesn’t have to be claimed as income. Sign on with PRO~PT while you’re in school and reduce your loan burden after school!
Accredited Orthopedic Residency Program
Our year-long orthopedic residency is accredited by the APTA. The program contains didactic work specific to outpatient orthopedics, 150 hours of individual mentoring by an orthopedic clinical specialist, and eligibility to sit for OCS certification after completion. Plus, PRO~PT residents do not experience a reduction in salaries during their residency year.
Opportunities for Continuing Education
PRO~PT regularly hosts internal continuing education initiatives with industry-leading educators, and provides a substantial annual allowance for a variety of external continuing education. Additionally, every provider has 24/7 access to the full library of Medbridge Online Continuing Education.
Clinical Education
Here at PRO~PT, we value education and growth. Our clinical education program offers a variety of opportunities for increasing knowledge in our field, including clinical rotations and internships. Available through partnerships with multiple physical therapy doctoral programs and physical therapy assistant programs, our internships offer hands-on learning from licensed professionals. If you are interested in being part of our clinical education program at PRO~PT, please call our offices or fill out the Contact Us form.
Residency Program
If you have a physical therapist license, are interested in one-on-one clinical supervision, and are ready to start a year-long mentorship, you could be a good fit for our residency program. Beginning each January, our uniquely scheduled program runs for 50 weeks. Residents work full-time at PRO~PT, with no salary reductions, while participating in various instruction opportunities and expanding their experience and knowledge.
