Low Patient-to-Therapist Ratios

Over 20 years ago, we opened PRO~PT believing that low patient-to-therapist ratios are key to delivering a second-to-none experience to our patients. Despite an industry-wide reimbursement system that has tightened over the past two decades, PRO-PT has held to its original expectation of how many patients a provider can effectively care for in a given day. We are fueled by the addition of more talented providers, not by asking for more from our current team.

Salary Incentive Programs

PRO~PT recognizes the importance of financial freedom as it relates to work. Our salary structure for providers rewards effort and allows for individual financial goals to be set and attained. Every year, PRO~PT distributes performance bonuses to over 85% of its providers, with PT bonuses ranging from $6,000 to over $30,000!
