“Going to PRO~PT for the first time was a great experience, from the moment I walked into the beautiful, clean, open space to the time I left. Mina at the front desk was very attentive, kind, thorough, and professional while checking me in. There was very little waiting time. I was apprehensive about seeing yet another physical therapist for my back, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak, but when I met Elizabeth, my PT, she too was very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the back issues I currently struggle with. They wore masks, the environment was clean, and I washed my hands before walking into the room. My PT did the same. Everything she was going to do she informed me before doing it, such as touching my back touching my hips to make sure I was OK with it as a result of COVID.I went into PRO~PT thinking I may have to be in physical therapy forever… I left PRO~PT feeling optimistic and better both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend going.”
