As can be seen from the above, I have had real problems with shoulder injuries, to the point I wondered if I would ever be able to use them to do anything significant. I share all of this because of my experience during the past week and a half. I am helping with the remodel of a kitchen and the demolition has been left to me alone. Long days, heavy lifting, etc., removing cabinets, tearing out wall board, etc. Despite the long days and physical exertion, I have not awakened a single morning with one sore muscle. My conclusion is the exercise program done during prescribed rehab and gym program at PRO~PT has allowed me to accomplish tasks that before would have left me with sore, spasming, and painful muscles and possible further injuries.
