Our Program
AT PRO~PT, we’ve developed a specialized two-hour analysis that can help identify origins of pain, movement inefficiency, and running form issues. This program is developed by runners for runners. The analysis is conducted over two one-hour visits, where we evaluate you and your running with high-speed cameras for Gait Analysis and then provide you with corrective exercises and form advice to help you improve your pain, form limitations, and performance.
