Orthopedic
Residency Program

Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced physical therapist with a physical therapy license, as part of the PRO~PT Collective, you’ll have access to a one-year, one-on-one clinical mentorship through our orthopedic residency program.

Starting annually in January, the 50-week program includes full-time employment at PRO~PT without salary reductions, allowing you to enrich your expertise without sacrificing your pay.

Wings Leadership
Program

As our support for our clinics’ communities grows, so does our need to grow leaders who will direct teams and support those communities. Our Wings Leadership Program trains you on a range of soft and hard skills that set you up for career advancement as we expand.

This 11-month program dives deep into our organizational ethos, methodologies, and processes, helping you become the best leader possible.
